The timing for the appointments were prompt, the plumber communicated well in terms of scheduling/options/cost for plumbing materials/labour, and was very good about explaining the estimate before doing the work. The plumber made excellent suggestions for matching decor in our house and explaining strong functional/working designs for toilets and faucets. The plumber was very polite and communicated well. The billing was a nice touch too, convenient online payments. The service was excellent.
