(May 3, 2019, 4:39 pm)It took awhile. My car was there from 10am until 4:30pm. I’m not sure if they are doing all the work the whole time it was there. However, I always wanted the work they do to my car. The maintenance is good even though the labor cost is pricey even if my car is from that dealership and is only a year old. I like how Carrie from the service department keeps on giving heads-up regarding where they at during the whole maintenance process.

We traveled quite a ways to get our new vehicle and they greeted us and our children so warmly when we arrived. Everything went smoothly + quickly. We couldn't be happier.
My usually shy children even hugged the staff upon departure. ????
We will be visiting the island again and stopping in to say hello for sure. -

(April 18, 2019, 1:14 am)I bought a used Pontiac Montana. I was having an issue with my sliding door. It would not close and when it did it beeped as though it thought the door was still open. Kevin and his team took 2 days to figure it out and fixed my Van perfectly. I’m so happy with the results. I had taken it to another location and they did not fix it properly. Kevin took the time to make sure my Van was safe. He followed up with me consistently to ensure I know where he was at in the process and I appreciated the communication. Thanks Kevin !!

(February 22, 2019, 8:09 pm)This was the first time I have dealt with Island GM for servicing. I brought in my Subaru for a wheel balancing and was impressed by the pricing, and the customer service. The work was done quickly and they also found a nail in my tire and repaired it for a reasonable price. I would definitely go back there again.
