He was knowledgeable was professional and gave his honest opinion on what would work best in our home. He was quick to respond via email and phone. He was able to install it quickly and I would recommend Refined HVAC hands down.

Went over the whole operation of both the outside and inside units and made sure we understood haw everything worked.

I was hoping to get an honest look at my heat pump system so I could understand all my options for some potential upgrades and repairs. I noticed they were very professional and on time, plus they were really honest in letting me know ALL the options (not just the options that would make them the most amount of money). It was refreshing to find this high level of integrity and I would highly recommend them to others.
