While I can't speak for the fitness aspect, as I just got some food and a drink, I was very happy with the service I got. Friendly staff, a reasonably sized menu, an assortment of baked items, and vegan options for those who would need them. Not to mention the biodegradable packaging. Both the drinks and the food tasted very good, and the interior was aesthetically pleasing and had an inviting atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
