(August 24, 2019, 7:06 pm)Chemainus Gardens is a adult living community consisting of about 190 manufactured Park Model homes arranged around 3 ponds in a 30 acre site. It is a very friendly community of like minded people. The Park Homes are privately owned and the pad rental is about $500 per month.
