(January 30, 2021, 7:36 pm)This branch has been extremely helpful over the past year. It is Garry Anderson that has been exceptionally helpful with my concerns regarding finances. The tellers and management have been wonderful too. I have been in there dealing with death certificates and such and they are nothing but kind, considerate and great at their jobs. I highly recommend this branch for any and all your financial needs.

(January 13, 2020, 6:13 am)Haven't had the best encounters with the staff at this BMO location, but there have for sure been some shining stars. I always have my questions answered and requests helped, so each time I go I leave the building having accomplished what I came for. The branch is clean and well-organized, and the line-ups are generally not extremely long. Good place to bank in Duncan.
