Nutrition Matters

I signed up for a few of Andrea's fermenting workshops in 2014. In both workshops she demonstrated in depth knowledge of how fermenting foods/drinks can improve your diet and lifestyle. I was blown away with the information I learned and since then I have been regularly making fermented products in my home. Thank you Andrea for opening the door into a healthier lifestyle for my family and I. I can't wait to attend more of your workshops!!
