I had a treatment with Lesley and I definitely felt something intense going on during the treatment. But more importantly I have felt quite different ever since.

I feel that old ways of thinking, that were blocking my progress, are no longer there and I feel lighter and freer in my mind.

Thank-you Lesley! I look forward to many more treatments to come!

    Session 1-
Immediately as the session began I felt great bliss. The music is very emotionally evocative and I felt that it was leading me through many possible ‘emotions’ , so that I could experience it, and see if that feeling was active in the moment. It was almost as if I was being led through the emotions so that I culd see if I needed them.

My consciousness was extremely expanded. There was extreme peacefulness, bliss, relaxation, an ease of being. My body disappeared, and it felt like my breathing was very slow. It would be interesting to chart this sometime with me.( When I am in a deep meditation I experience this as well.) There was very little need for the body. Very little need for the breath.

Somewhere near the beginning the music was me, I was the music. As in a satori experience where one(myself) is everything and everything is one (myself). I felt a thrumming, a tingling in my whole body. I felt tingling and energy movement in my brain. I felt pressure in my head, and occasionally pain which passed quickly. As if congestion was shifting or shimmering away.

I found that as I was the music, I knew what note, tempo, expression was coming next. It never surprised me. It was as if I was the composition. It was ‘me’.

In one moment I felt inclusive Love beyond this lifetime. I giggled, smiled, felt my heart as a huge heavenly entity, loving all that is. These are experiences that I have had in meditation. I am familiar with them all, but it has never been invited by something ‘external’ before.

I definitely transcended my body for the whole experience. When the music concluded it felt as if I had been delivered of my highest ‘self’, and then left it behind. Nothing mattered.
There is no need for competition, or trying to accomplish or ‘be’ anything. My ‘ego’ is null and void and not lingering around.

A few hours after my first treatment, I feel sluggish. My head feels tired, my brain feels sort of congested with areas of my skull feeling very active on the surface. My eyes feel a strange sensation. None of these things feel bad. Just interesting.
I do feel sort of impatient with things around me that want my attention. (This is unusual for me) I want to be still and to halt all thinking. At the moment though I am surrounded by small children and waiting for a client to call.

My breathing feels clear, still, easy. Lots of oxygen with each breath.
I feel as if I was at the brain chiropractor, and that I am waiting for my original state to come into full focus again in my life.

    Session 2 -

During this session all of the above experiences happened more quickly. I could feel my brain in it’s expanded state. Could feel movement within it.
At the end I was so light hearted and easy about everything. Joyous.

My breathing seemed to cease. I had to decide to breathe.

Later that day I was walking down the hall of my home and could feel something similar to ‘sonar’. I could send out a signal and information about what was around the corner or behind a wall would come back to me.

The most exciting thing however was that I had a remote client that evening who was complaining of brain fatigue. I felt as I projected to him that I could broadcast the frequency of my clear, uncluttered, and ‘expanded’ brain state.

It is almost two months now since my initial experiences. The rhapsody of all systems related to my brain continues. There is 'activity' in my brain that I can sense. This was not apparent before.

I will be continuing with more sessions now, and am recommending the experience to many of my clients and friends, as a means to slough off the congestion, confusion and debris of tangled thoughts and emotions.

Lesley herself is a warm and caring guide ... I trust her immensely!

Lesley provides a tranquil space in a beautiful country setting. Using the Neurofeedback machine is as simple as lying down and closing your eyes, listening to soft music. The experience itself was very pleasant and dreamlike, but the after effects were powerful. Clarity of mind and intention capture the impact that I noticed afterward. I'm looking forward to exploring this more!

I didn't know anything about neurofeedback when I first tried it. The sessions were about 30 minutes each, relaxing with eyes closed. Some sticky tabs are placed on the ears and against the scalp. Earbuds inserted into the ears to listen to lovely, calm music. Periodically there are little interruptions in the music, like a record skipping. That is all that happens. Painless and pleasant. I have been for three sessions so far and each time I have a feeling of wellbeing and just... happiness. Whatever is going on my life, including high stress, feels manageable. Some of my less desirable thought patterns are gone, I've noticed. Lesley provides a loving, safe and private atmosphere, I have to say. Thank you, Lesley!
