(June 15, 2019, 6:49 pm)Re: Hyundai Ioniq Plus purchase. It took me 60 years to find a car dealership that didn’t try and mess with the numbers before the plates were on the car. I can’t adequately describe how good it made me feel to complete a purchase without a (bad) surprise. Obviously my personal experience.....the most honest dealer, salesman (Luke Cross) I’ve ever dealt with. I would highly recommend speaking with them if you were looking for a vehicle. The Ioniq is a dream to drive (& a great deal with the government grants).

I bought a used Toyota from here with help of Jordan. He was very good at communicating via email, and provided me with plenty of help throughout the whole process. Best dealership I've dealt with yet.

(February 7, 2019, 5:40 am)Fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. In particular, Jonathan and Andy are phenomenal to deal with. I highly recommend this Hyundai dealership over any other. We live in Victoria, and still choose to deal with Duncan Hyundai over anyone else despite the distance.
