The bird was prepared so well; so clean, plucked to perfection, and looked so healthy and plump. Beautiful bird to serve for Christmas dinner and tasted just as delicious. Look forward to purchasing other meat products here.

(January 3, 2019, 3:37 am)Quality of meats is always excellent - especially the pork and lamb, but the beef is quite good too. Also, because they butcher whole carcasses, you can get the more 'exotic' cuts here without any trouble. Staff are helpful and will cut for you if you don't see what you're looking for. Also, if you're into the 'fifth quarter' and nose to tail cuisine, you can get your hearts, kidneys, tongues, etc. here. Lamb's kidneys are especially good.
Smoked products, sausages, meatballs, jerky, etc., all great too! -

(December 27, 2018, 8:47 pm)Excellent quality meats, a little on the expensive side, but they source their meat from ethical farms where the animals are treated well. Great selection. They will cut sizes by request and I have found them to be very helpful.

(December 7, 2018, 8:50 pm)Fantastic local butcher, a little more expensive then big box stores for certain items, but over all very fairly priced for excellent quality! Dog bones/treats are super affordable ! Highly recommend to support this local establishment !
