My wife and I moved to Vancouver Island to live off grid in a tiny home, and one of the most important aspects of getting it up and running has been our water system. After research and frustration, we walked into BC Aquifer to see if we could figure out a solution to a rain water system we decided on. After two visits, and plenty of time talking with Shane, we arrived at a solution that has worked incredibly well. Shane's consultation approach and willingness to give advice without any agreement up front showed his commitment to wanting EVERYONE to have safe and reliable water, on demand. Thanks again! I have used the services of B.C. Acquifer several times over the past 15 years. I have always been totally satisfied with their services.

This past weekend my submersible pump ‘died’ after 14 years of use. BC Acquifer were prompt to come and pull the old one and install a new one.

In particular, I would like to commend Mike and Dave who did the job. I had the opportunity to observe them through the entire process. I was so impressed. They were professional, efficient, worked with a plan and knew what they were doing. They worked well as a team and also demonstrated excellent inter-personal skills. They showed pride in their work.

There is an old saying a business is only as good as its employees. That being said, this has to be a good company.
