  Great gym with friendly and helpful fitness trainers, a wide range of classes for all interests and lots of fitness options to choose from. Many areas are set up to serve your interest whether it be Zumba, Yoga, Spin Class, or hitting the free/universal weights or cardio machines. It's the hub in a great location where you can do your grocery shopping or head for a coffee or pedicure after getting your sweat on.

  I’ve been a member for eight years. The owners and staff are really friendly and supportive of other local business.
  Good equipment excellent facility easy parking.
  Fees are very reasonable and you can sign up and pay monthly

  I have been attending this gym for over 6 years now. Variety of equipment, wonderful trainers, great fitness classes and they offer child minding. The infrared sauna is the best part ;)
