  Absolutely delicious little sushi joint! I had been meaning to try it for some time and was quite impressed! Cute little family owned restaurant with excellent food. Highly recommended! Shawnigan Lake is lucky to have this restaurant in the village.

  From the east coast and have had sushi at some of the top places in Toronto yet this little gem prepared some of the best sushi we’ve ever had! I’ve never seen my 6 year old daughter eat so much! The service is incredibly friendly and quick. I got to speaking with the owner and looks like they had a larger restaurant in Vancouver for many years before recently moving to the island. Based on the quality of food, presentation, and service they must have been very successful and I suspect Hosuka will become a go to place for those who appreciate quality sushi and an overall great dining experience. Highly recommended and I will 100% come back next time we are on the island. Don’t miss out!!!
