The crew is so professional and always turns out an excellent product.
Sorry to see that Island Farmhouse isn't open to the public.
I recently bought their roasting chicken cut up at Discovery Foods in Oyster River, Campbell River. I will be seeking out this company's chicken, as it was the tastiest roast chicken I've prepared in a long time. Even the skin was flavourful, and I expect the bones etc I've saved are going to make very tasty soup!
