Nice new development in the Comox Valley. I felt more green space is needed more landscaping and trees.

Very nice and quiet neighbourhood that's developing fast. There's a path that goes through and around The Ridge down to the Old Island Highway. Also a playground and field is provided for residents to use. It's less than 5 minute drive to Walmart and 10-15 minutes to downtown Courtenay. All in all it's a very beautiful place to live.

It says Harbourview Boulevard. It’s nice housing area here, quite new and I really enjoyed it couple nights staying here.
