(July 25, 2023, 8:10 pm)Super knowledgeable and helpful, I took apart an old Penn reel I had, broke a screw, had some questionable parts inside, Aaron was quick to help and super friendly. I realized after making do with what I had in the shop, that for the low cost they charge, using proper parts and lubes, I should of just given them my reel to start with. Happy fishin!
