(November 6, 2023, 10:52 pm)Great service when I bought my new vehicle. Had two oil changes: 1st one - 11 am appointment, car went in at 1:20 (after I prodded); 2nd - 1pm appointment, car went in at about 2:30 (after I prodded). Very unhappy with this service situation.
