Small sandwich shop located inside the CANEX building. Open during lunch hour with around 8-10 sandwich options. The lady that runs the shop is extremely friendly and asked if I was a sandwich card member, which allows you to receive any sandwich free after 10 purchases. I enjoyed the BBQ pulled pork sandwich with a pop and it cost $11, which to me, is pretty standard for a big homemade sandwich.

The pulled pork didn't last long enough for me to take a picture, maybe next trip!

A small soup/sandwich place located inside the Canex building. Run by a lovely older couple, they have a decent sized menu with standard sandwiches, wraps and soup. Very much like a home-made meal, the food is simply made and serves as a good snack. As there aren't many other food options in the area of the CAF Transition Center, this one is not bad at all.
