He was so kind calm and helpful as I stumbled my way through the process!!!Highly recommend Digital Rez and their fantastic customer service!

(June 14, 2017, 3:23 pm)Awesome Tech Support! When asked by other companies to change my reservation system, I emphatically answer no. I enjoy using this program for my campground needs. The others seem to want to charge more for a program that has too many features that I don't need. Y'all call at least once a month to see if we are having any issues with our program. That is wonderful and I hope you keep it up. Most of our issues have been resolved and any that haven't, I know there is someone working on it. Outstanding Tech Support!

(July 16, 2015, 8:20 pm)Overall, this is a wonderful program. The Rez team is constantly working hard to upgrade and improve the many features available to us, the users. I love that we are now able to send marketing emails before and after reservations check-in. It's got to be my favorite upgrade so far! My team and I would like to see a fix to keep reservations from 'floating' into sites that are not large enough, without having to implement the site map feature.
