Staff is really friendly and professional, the restaurant offers a good variety of dishes, parking lot is spacious, the room was cleaned, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom recently renovated! Our room had a private balcony facing the pool which I am pretty would be lovely in the summer months!!

(November 3, 2020, 1:04 am)Myself and my family stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend to attend my uncles funeral. From check in to check out the service and hospitality was great. The rooms were clean and location was great for going into salmon arm or heading out on adventures with the family. Would definitely consider this hotel on my next visit to the Salmon Arm area.

(October 8, 2020, 8:34 pm)A clean solid 3 star hotel. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Rooms were cleaned to Covid 19 protocols.
Pool was closed for the season but looks super nice.
Breakfast was your standard continental selection but staff graciously offered seconds of requested.
Overall a great value for the price.
Hotel is nestled up against the hillside giving it privacy. However its location makes it so you can't walk to anything. So a vehicle is a must to go anywhere. -

(August 25, 2020, 4:40 pm)Its a very nice hotel with an outdoor pool. Its location is convinient and makes it feel like a resort with all the surrounding nature. The free breakfast is nice too. My only issues are I encountered bugs in my room, beetles, spiders and such. I don’t know if the people before us just left the doors open or if they are just getting in. Also the toilet paper is extremely cheap. It is 1-ply and even if u use multiple of them and fold it all up it still rips. Otherwise no complaints. Hotel staff are extremely nice.

(August 6, 2020, 3:33 am)All the staff at the hotel and restaurant were extremely nice and helpful!! The beds and pillows were very comfy and the air conditioner worked great and was not too loud. We had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains.
The breakfast was good, my favorites were the sausages & cinnamon buns.
The pool was nice also! Fun shape!! We had a nice time swimming.
