(October 20, 2020, 3:18 pm)Want to give dennis in parts a 5 star for for his amazing customer service and looking after a customer. Canadian tire online were completely unprofessional at looking after my online order I was waiting for for almost 3 weeks. Then they canceled my order saying my product was unavailable when the site said 3 in stocks. When I called and talked to Dennis he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Very happy now, thx Dennis

(July 11, 2020, 6:30 pm)I'm from out of town so i called to confirm there were the brake parts i needed. Matthew was a very friendly young man and put the parts aside for me. He remembered me when i got there and helped me to find another item i needed. Mathew made the experience much faster and easier. It was nice to have a young person seem to enjoy his job. Thanks again Matthew!
