(May 7, 2021, 2:07 am)I spent 2 weeks there. Sweetest hosts, always ready and happy to help. Really clean. Access to the lake and possibility to rent boats. Beautiful hikes and bike rides around, the owners will gladly share all their valuable knowledge of the surroundings.Nice view on the lake. Thanks Sue and Dwayne for your warm welcoming!

(April 30, 2021, 6:19 pm)This is a great small RV park with a lovely view of White Lake, they recently added a nice fire pit for all to enjoy. This is a quiet location. Hosts Sue and Duane are excellent people that take great care of the place and clients. Rented the boat and checked out the lake, lots of people catching fish, many of them in simple row boats or canoes. At the far end there is a small river or creek that feeds into the lake, a majestic eagles nest is there, you could walk to that location if you want, lots of cool scenery to explore, a beavers hut, old log buildings, cool marsh areas, the lake changes mood and offers a variety of pleasant views. The most magical part is at dusk when its very quiet, you could hear a pin drop, several times heard a loon singing, its call would echo multiple times, that made my day ! The name Serenity is very fitting, thanks for a great stay ! We will be back

(October 6, 2020, 11:44 pm)Sorry, Ruth, the truth is that this small campground is lovely, I know, because I actually “stayed “ here, didn’t just drive by! This is not an area you just drive by, you clearly live in the area and have an agenda; perhaps a rival camp? No matter, your truth is your truth, Ruth, here is mine:
Is the camp small? Yes, 5 sites (not 7 or 8), we had our 40 foot coach and our daughter had her Dodge Dually and her 32 foot horse trailer with living quarters. At the end of the season, we had plenty of room, I would not recommend trying this in July or August, this is beautiful BC at its best, and July and August are BUSY EVERYWHERE in the summer.
The owners could not be more accommodating, the lake is beautiful, full of fish, and right across the road. The road was kind of busy, but not a super highway by any means, just regular families leading regular lives. I did not witness any racing on this road. That’s actually laughable, it’s a pretty windy road! At the end of the day, it was a great, relaxing stay and we will be back provided the wonderful hosts will agree to host our crazy family again! Thank you so much, Duane and Sue. -

(September 7, 2020, 1:52 am)Our visit to this sweet little spot was completely last minute. White Lake is truly a hidden gem. Sue and Duane are probably the nicest people you will ever meet, their hospitality was off the charts! So welcoming and accommodating and helpful! We are new to pulling a little trailer and Duane backed it in for us! Thanks again:) We rented a little fishing boat from them and got to explore some really lovely spots along the lake. We will definitely be back!

(August 6, 2020, 3:46 am)We had a great long weekend stay at this campground. It’s small, but we didn’t mind that at all. It was nice and quiet despite being on a semi-busy residential road - you didn’t really notice.
Our spot had a great view of the lake and it was nice to be a 2 minute walk to a dock or the boat launch to get into the water.
The owners were so friendly and accommodating. They had called us prior to our stay to make sure our rig would fit.
Great stay! We will certainly visit again if we plan another trip to White Lake.
