Brad and his team have been a pleasure to work with. Ron and Mike are great assets to the Launch team. I was pleasantly surprised with Ron and Mikey's work ethic. They came to the site to work, and were efficient at their assigned projects. Whether you are building new, or renovating existing, their team can handle the job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for my next project. I am located in Blind Bay.

We lived in the Lower Mainland when we purchased a lot in Beautiful Blind Bay and were then in hot pursuit of a builder. Being the type of people that rely a lot on our gut instincts we made several lengthy phone calls to a number of the local builders. The decision seemed very easy, we scheduled an appointment to drive up and meet Brad from Launch person to person. There was no hesitation, we hired Brad to start the ball rolling. Right from choosing a draft person to the completion of our build Brad and all of his crew were nothing but professional. We had several “meetings of the minds” making many decisions on the fly and we value the guidance and creativity we received from both Brad and every one of his employees. We could not be happier with our home and the quality and pride of workmanship that this team put into it. We highly recommend Launch Construction Ltd for any project large or small.

After purchasing a beautiful piece of property in Blind Bay it was time to pick a builder. Launch Construction has an outstanding reputation in the area and after a couple of conversations with Brad I was convinced they were the company to go with. From the initial stages of going over the plans, specs and site visit I was convinced we had made the right decision. His local knowledge of codes and years of experience were invaluable.

This project was particularly challenging as we were living in Calgary and not able to do face to face meetings or site visits very often. Not a problem. Brad and his crew were very responsive to telephone calls, emails, photographs and texts. Despite the long distance the build went incredibly smooth. The people he has working for him are some of the best in the business and thanks to their personal high standards and professionalism the finished product was even better than I could have imagined. It is one of the highest quality and finished house I have seen. So much so that a year later there was not one thing we had to have them back to finish or fix.

We were so happy with the quality of the house and all the people who built it that when it came time to do some rock work and landscaping we didn’t hesitate to hire Launch to do that work too. And as expected it turned out beautiful.
