  Start to finish, this was one of the easiest buying experiences we have had. Can't say enough about all of the people that we met at Voyager. Once we found what we were looking for we were able to quickly come to a no-pressure deal with Deb Thiessen, our salesperson. On delivery day we were given a thorough orientation by Chris and a couple of small issues were dealt with right away by a technician. We would highly recommend anyone looking fto purchase an RV to check out Voyager.

  Went to a couple of places here in the lower mainland and Fraser valley, had a hard time getting straight answers and even a salesman's attention for long enough to even get the information i needed to make an informed decision. looked online for another dealer and found Voyager, quick info fill on the website and i had a unit reserved, one phone call with Jordie that lasted almost an hour where he explained everything i wanted and answered all of my questions ( great followup by email for anything he couldn't answer) including giving me an out the door price, which the others would not do over the phone or had trouble doing even in person. quick flight up, they picked me up and dropped me back off at the airport, to finalize paperwork and take delivery and they even arranged storage for me til the highway conditions got better. I have to Say easiest and most laid back vehicle, purchase i have ever had. if your looking for an RV Voyager all the way.

  My wife and I were treated exceptionally well, right from the start. Mike Ruscheinsky was our first person we dealt with and then Lloyd, Mike Roberts and Kiel. A great team. Very personable and knowledgeable. A Mr. Macintosh walked us through our new trailer and thus began our new education. We were given a topnotch orientation by Brian of the service department who ultimately found and solved our first issue with a faulty trailer connection. Well done Brian. Armed with a ton of new information and a new found sense of confidence, we were guided out of the lot by a gentleman named Chris, who ensured we were comfortable driving our new acquisition. Off into the sunset we drove, snug in our new home on wheels. Thank you Voyager RV and all of your staff.
