  Great trip in a cabin on the frozen lake, met some awesome people.
  Lots to do and see and staff are very helpful and friendly.
  Road up and down you should check before you set out, lots of trucks stuck in snow.
  Bring chains and be prepared.
  Awesome adventure!

  We visited in February and had a fantastic couple of days off the grid in this little slice of heaven near Vernon. Cute, toasty little cabins with wood burning fireplaces and gas range for cooking, interesting history, pristine lake, amazing star gazing, and the owners Nick and Nikki are so friendly (they even let us take a rip on one of their snowmobiles!)... and they are pet friendly to boot! If there is snow on the ground, you’ll probably need a 4x4 to make it up the switchback logging road (our Delica has no trouble), but the effort is well worth it!

  I rented through Airbnb and didn’t get a chance to leave a review. The hosts are awesome, the only downfall is the road up the mountain. As other reviews have stated, definitely consider a 4x4 (although we managed to make it up and down in my boyfriends Prius). 10/10 would go back. The lake is beautiful and calm. A nice get away and disconnect.

  We had the most amazing 4 day weekend up here. We ended up spending an extra day more than planned and once our group left, the staff were quick and happy to move us into a new cabin suited for just the 3 people.
  Cabins were clean, and the office/shop had lots of extras including board games they we're happy to let us borrow ! Great rates, clean space. Lovely staff! Bring bedding and bugspray!

  Great place for relax, and be disconnected from the city. Enjoy a boat ride and fishing. The cabins are rustic but very well equipped. The people is really friendly and helpful. Have a barbecue for dinner and enjoy he starry night at a fire pit. Just one thing, the road to the resort is not paved but a car can make it with little effort, for a truck is easy. Awesome place.
