  Nice suites! Works out great for the kid. Can put in seperate bedroom and adults can stay up. Nice kitchen and close to all amenities. Summer gets pricey, we go in the off season cost less.

  Front desk staff were really nice and polite - chatty without being pushy. The rooms, amenities and lobby were spotless and little touches had been made to make an older building seem more up-to-date.
  
  The kitchenette in our room was well-stocked and when we needed another blanket for the kids, staff were very accommodating. Getting towels for the pool from the front desk, staff gave us an extra towel for my wifes hair - just nice touches like that.
  
  Location is awesome - right across the street from a supermarket and a block from the beach.
  
  We're not in Kelowna a lot but next time we are, we'll stay here again.

  This jewel is exactly what was needed during my stay in Kelowna due to my husband's emergency surgery. The room is large, welcoming, nicely appointed, and so very clean. The front desk staff are kind, accommodating, and efficient. It is located about 5 minutes from the hospital, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants - and just the perfect place to stay. I will be back!

  Great place to stay and visit. We had 2 bedroom suite with kitchen. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Knock on door daily for room to be serviced. And so so much more. Well definitely be staying here again....
