  Just spent a GREAT day with Bill! What an absolute pleasure, he was super knowledgeable about the area and his kindness and commitment to make our day the best it could be was second to none. You can tell by how he is welcomed at every winery that he is well respected in the wine community. He kept track of all our purchases, carefully organizing and packing them for us all without skipping a beat in telling his stories about the city’s history and answering all of our outlandish questions all with a smile on his face. Do not hesitate to book with Bill whether it be a wine tour or sight seeing in the Okanagan area - you will not be disappointed! Thanks to Bill for a fantastic set of memories to take home with us, along with a *couple* cases of Kelowna’s finest wines.

  My wife recently planned a 32nd anniversary celebration in Kelowna that included a full-day wine tour. After hours of research and much angst that she was choosing the right company she booked with Bill at Heart & Soul tours.
  
  Saturday morning Bill arrived at our hotel a few minutes early with no pressure even though we were running a few minutes behind due to being on "holiday time". The tour began with a friendly welcome onto an "airporter-style" bus, the seats were comfortable, the bus was super clean and Bill had arranged for water and snacks for our enjoyment. We collected the remaining guests and started our first tasting at 10am.
  
  The wineries that Bill had chosen for this particular trip were in north east Kelowna, a region known more for their white wines then reds. Each place offered something unique and interesting. The tour included a mid-day stop at Grapevine Restaurant & Patio for us to purchase lunch and enjoy the stunning views from the Gray Monk winery.
  
  Bill's knowledge of the local area is extensive, we enjoyed hearing about the history of the region, the wineries, and the many changes he has seen over the decades.
  
  To our surprise, Bill arranged for our tour to end with an hour long extravaganza experience at Ex Nihilo Vineyards. We were hosted by the proprietor and his extraordinary staff to a tasting of their exceptional wines paired with treats from their onsite chef.
  
  Three wonderful nights at The Cove resort, a celebration dinner at Quailsgate's vineyard, perfect weather, and endless supply of amazing local wine, Bill and his efforts will always be the highlight in which we will remember our Kelowna anniversary trip.

  familyed to be a tourist in my own town and enjoy a Kelowna Wine Tour with 12 other friends and family. Bill informed me of a number of options but I just let him set up the day with his favourite wineries to visit. Our experience turned out fantastic. The coach was luxurious (he even had snacks and soft drinks), the scenery was full of vista's and he introduced us to each winery host for a very special visit at all five wineries. Thanks Bill!

  Such an amazing Kelowna Wine Tour. My wife and I spent an amazing spring day touring with Bill and Kerry. We toured 4 boutique wineries, each with such unique character and beauty. Each winery was expecting and ready for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heart & Sol for a wine or sightseeing tour in the Okanagan.
