(September 8, 2019, 4:59 am)I have to admit, I was a little skeptical using PropertyGuys, I figured I would give them a shot being a big national name. We had heard a rumour that once listed they would disappear and we would be on our own but that was not the case at all! Right out the gate I was impressed, Nicole even answered the phone well after office hours when she was putting her kids to bed and walked me through the offer process. I am very impressed by property guys and will continue to sell all my properties with them.

They provided everything an agent would and so much more! Our property was a unique one to sell but they marketed it beautifully and we sold after 64 days on the market. Not only that but we saved so much money that would've gone to an agent. we are ever so grateful. Thank you PropertyGuys!

They were very supportive and after just a few weeks on market we sold to multiple offers. We would highly recommend them to anyone selling their home.
