Not only does the accupuncture treat the face, Helen hits trigger points that heal the entire body and bring about intense relaxation. A sense of self empowerment comes out of the course as well. I now know how to treat my face (not with creams and cosmetics) with relaxation, trigger release and strengthening that can be conveniently done anywhere. I highly recommend this course. It is life changing for me. I am 36 and am looking forward to seeing the results throughout the year!
