  From the very first phone call, everyone I spoke to and dealt with was very professional, informative and helpful. It was an added bonus how quick you could fit me in. The technician showed me how to replace the furnace filter and wrote down the size for me. I’ll definitely recommend Britech Hvac and use you guys again in the future. Thank you for everything!

  Definitely a class act from Troy in Sales to Jaime Lee and Lori in the office to the most amazing installer in the business Tim. Seriously they truely employ a team effort to make the experience a positive one. Everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with went above and beyond to make sure I understood, and was comfortable with the process/steps. I have had mulitple HVAC companies install equipment for me in other properties, but Britech makes it personal, like it was their own family. We would not consider hiring another company any longer, I would invite anyone looking to invest in new HVAC to take a look at the job Tim did at our place..very impressed.

  The installers professionalism was just outstanding. They answered all of my questions in a skilled and qualified manner. There were efficient in their work and then to my amazement they actually swept the floor and moved items back into their place. I would have your employees and company service our equipment whenever there would be any problems.

  Recently contacted Britech for service work on an exiting HVAC system. Right from booking the service to getting the work done...outstanding! Responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and...the desired results. Signed up for the bi-annual maintenance package right away. Certainly have my recommendation for anyone requiring HVAC services may it be a new installation or service to an existing system.

  The installers were extremely professional. I appreciated that they showed up on time! They took care to keep my floors clean, they did a fairly good job of cleaning up afterwards. I had many questions and they answered them so I understood and explained the new system to me. Nice to get a follow-up call from the company the next day also!
