(April 2, 2019, 7:45 pm)I've been going for 2 weeks. I am not fit by any stretch of the imagination and they are so patient and encouraging here! I absolutely love the workout - it's very hard, but before you know it 9 rounds are up and you feel amazing! I can't wait to go tomorrow!
