(November 21, 2018, 1:37 am)I see Shelby at Sun City Lower Mission for Physiotherapy and my back has never felt so good! As a nurse I deal with chronic back pain and her work allows me to do my work as well as everything else I want to do in life! She does a combination of acupuncture, IMS, manual therapy and other treatment modalities on me, whatever I need that appointment. I can't thank her enough for all she does for me. Everybody at Sun City is friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Shelby and Sun City Lower Mission to anybody who deals with acute or chronic pain.

(November 6, 2018, 4:46 pm)I compete in weightlifting and saw Shelby Pudek for relief for pain I was having in my knee and traps. She used IMS and cupping methods to help with my tight muscles and provided me with lots of information and great home care to help me manage the situation on my own.
I have also seen Cassie Thackray for massage therapy. I was having some low back pain and thought I just needed my low back massaged. Turns out it was actually coming from my feet and ankles. Her assessment and treatment was great!
Would highly recommend visiting these girls at the Lower Mission clinic.
