Both Mr Rowe and Ms Jillian show incredible patience while offering firm guidance and a high calibre of instruction. I am thankful for the positive impact martial arts has had on my two sons who are learning patience, perseverance and focus while getting some healthy physical activity. Each week they admire the wall of photos of those who have achieved black belt status and look forward to being up there one day - a great goal to keep them focused on success. Thank you, Quest!
