  In my search for a quality pre-owned Goldwing I drove the four hours from the lower mainland to Kelowna, despite the plentiful options here. And I’m sure glad I did. Kelowna Powerhouse definitely rates 5-Stars from the purchasing process right through to delivery. I dealt with Colin, he is indeed a great product specialist. He took care of me long after the sale was over. That’s rare in today’s world. I won’t hesitate to make the trip back for my next bike one day. In the meantime I will enjoy this ride. It’s everything they assured me it would be, and I have no issue referring anyone who's looking for a good bike and great service.

  Always a positive experience dealing with this gang. Darryl and Darielle were very pleasant and knowledgeable of apparel line that they carry and were more than happy and helpful to order in special apparel items for us. Andy always great to deal with and has always been very appreciative of our business. Would highly recommend Kelowna Powerhouse.

  I’ve had occasion to purchase a few motorcycles from Owen Martin, BBA at Kelowna Honda Powerhouse and write
  to endorse Owen as a pleasure to deal with; a good communicator, knowledgeable & passionate about his business, enthusiastic and honest.
  
  As a business owner and 25+ year engineer, my work has always entailed regular dealings with salespeople both good and bad. It is based on this history that with absolute sincerity I can recommend Owen.

  I purchased a Pioneer 1000 5 from Kelowna Honda in 2017. Its been an awesome machine. I have added a few Honda accessories over the last year and found the quality to be very good. I had an issue with the zipper on the rear panel of my cab system and looked to Honda to warranty it for me. I dealt with Darryl in the parts department. His follow up and helpfulness were awesome. After inspecting the panel to make sure that I hadn't ruined it from abuse he replaced it for me under warranty. Honestly when I first called about it I expected to hear that it wouldn't be covered, that it would be up to me to get it fixed, but they took care of me. Thanks Darryl, you made it easy and built some loyalty
