  Chad and Richard just left after doing an amazing job replacing the furnace and the air conditioning coils. Both were extremely professional, and did an incredibly neat job. What a huge difference from the previous installation! Chad made sure I knew how to use the device to control the units, and programmed it for us. Furnace is working wonderfully - we'll have to wait for some warm weather to use the air conditioning. However, they verified everything working before they left, so I'm confident we won't have any issues. Thanks very much to both, it was a long day for them, but their work was much appreciated!

  This past fall I replaced an original 1980's boiler type system with 2 forced air furnaces. Not a common retrofit but the job was completed in 2 days. I got 5 quotes and Border's was very competitive. At time of install it was determined that one of the furnaces was undersized for the application so a larger furnace was provided at no extra charge! I do Quality Control of field installations for my work, and I was impressed with both the customer service and workmanship performed by this crew. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional and thorough. I also appreciated that Border took care of the Fortis rebate paperwork. After our first winter, both furnaces are functioning as expected and without issue. It was a pleasure to do business with Border, and based on my experience, I would recommend them without hesitation.

  I totally recommend this company! Everyone , from start to finish, was prompt, knowledgeable patient, and very respectful. We were without heat ( winter time -Jan) and they could not come right away to put in a new furnace ( but did within a scheduled date within 48 hrs), but did come right away and provide electric heaters put place throughout our home ( free of charge) to keep us warm and comfortable. They explained everything what they were doing and how to use it ( program thermostat because we didn't want to do that right away otherwise they would have done it for us , change filter etc.)We even called on a Sunday and they were ready to help us out right away. We did call other companies and did not receive the same help at all -some we had to leave messages that they did not return until the afternoon the next day, even tho we said we were without heatIf you want quick answers, prompt service, call this company!! We definitely will call them when we need someone for
  plumbing, heating, or electrical again!

From the person who takes your call to the technician that comes to do the work, we found Border provided amazing service, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They also provide peace-of-mind with their warranties, guaranties, and follow up calls. Thank-you Kevin and the team for doing such a great job!

  Very happy with the service we received from Shawn at Border. Our hot water tank said its final farewell on the morning of Christmas Eve. We called and they had a technician out within an hour to diagnose the issue. They prevented any real damage from happening by shutting off the hot water line. They provided a quote and were able to install a new hot water tank the next business day. Shawn was able to answer all my questions. Thanks for the Christmas miracle of hot water!
