  Danielle worked hard to help my husband and I buy our first home. We were on a pretty tight budget which didn't leave much room to be picky, but Danielle guided us through the entire process and helped us find a duplex we now call home. On the day we received the keys to our new place, we realized it was left dirty, with a pile of garbage outside, even though part of our contract was to have the place professionally cleaned. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure the contract was being honoured. Less than a week later the place was spotless.

  Danielle Grundy is truly one of a kind. We were extremely nervous about selling our townhome, in hopes of getting a bigger home for our family to have room to grow into. My husband and I did not think that this would happen. Not only did it happen, but it was quick and an easy transition from our old home to our new home. I was especially stressed and nervous about everything, but Danielle handled everything like a pro and made it so easy. We will always have Danielle as our Realtor and look forward to using her in the future.
