(April 8, 2018, 11:01 pm)Fantastic tai chi school! I like sifu Falko's teaching style; practical and detailed. The classes end with calming Qi gong which really helps to de-stress from busy mind.

(June 24, 2017, 4:32 am)One could not ask for a more knowledgeable teacher. Sifu Kriel tends to a tradional style dojo that is welcome to all. His practice draws from a rich tradition of both of martial arts forms, using both the explosive force of the black tiger kung fu, or the internal dynamics of tai chi's push and pull.

(January 2, 2017, 10:09 pm)The Tai Chi classes have the most calming and energizing effect. Sifu is very knowledgeable and incorporates his experience with Oriental Medicine, which carries over into the classes. I especially enjoy the Qi Gong exercises which he uses as a warm up and meditation.

(September 26, 2016, 12:10 pm)I can't say enough about Sifu Kriel. An excellent teacher that takes the time and effort to share his knowledge on a personal level. The classes are well structured, and there is a excellent variety of exercises from the warm-up, to learning the Tiger Claw form of Kung Fu. I sincerely recommend this school for anyone starting out on a road to personal growth and fitness.
