(January 5, 2018, 9:37 pm)Great store but their return policy stinks, especially over Christmas. My wife tried to return an item purchased a full price today and was told she could only get an in-store credit. Most stores don't let you return anything until after New Years because of the boxing week craziness so we waited. We do have a credit but it's not what we wanted. Great stuff with a return policy well below industry standard. We haven't had any issues with any other stores - just this one.

This store goes above and beyond customer service, I had an issue with my watch and within the time period of me shopping in the store the issue was dealt with and fixed right away.My family shops here all the time and the staff has gotten to know as by name and remembers us. I really appreciate the time and effort the staff here puts in.
