We used Points West for our move in May 2017. We packed the boxes...they wrapped and moved all the furniture, including a grand piano, and all the boxes. We were happy that they took care of our things and set it all up in our new house. There were a few issues but everything was resolved satisfactorily. Easiest move to date.
