  I have a ring that I had worn for 13 years and NEVER took it off. The ring was way out of round and I went in to get it rounded out. They looked at it through their loop and recommended that I have the two end diamonds (of 5) re-clawed and the ring re-rhodium plated. So, I did. It was like brand new again. Several months after constant wear again, a diamond fell out. I did not recall hitting or catching my hand on anything so I do not know where or when it happened. The .33 diamond was replaced at no charge! That is the sort of customer service you do not see anymore. Thank You!

  Outstanding/exceptional, the BEST customer service i have ever received!!!!
  I wanted to have something made special for my daughter and from the second Krista answered the phone i was treated like royalty. She took the time to explain things to me and give me different ideas. Sent me pictures and had the perfect design done for me within minutes. She even stayed at work late to meet with me...... Krista is hands down the girl you need to see there!!! All of the staff is amazing, helpful and friendly.
  Thank you so much for being part of something special between my daughter and I.
