  Fantastic store....I'm from Ontario it was bigger and more to choose from than fabricland I live close to

  It's the most variety in town, but the fabric choices aren't exactly current. The older staff are nice, but it's always slow service.

  Good variety of product. Friendly staff. Still not a fan of the location as it's kind of hard to get to/from Kelowna, especially if you take city transit. Prices are okay, some weeks you can get a better deal than others (stay tuned online for sales.)

  Went in to get fabric for a blanket, and the lady that helped me was outstanding. I have previously had poor service here but she completely revitalized my opinion! She even said she was so happy to see a young person doing some sewing and was so incredibly sweet.

  The West Bank fabricland is top tier. Huge selection, knowledgable and helpful staff, and its well priced. Doesn't get much better than that.
