I had a lovely experience in the store on Saturday. I wandered in with my dog Lexi and got a really friendly welcome from Loren, the assistant.
I admired the coat/shirt she was wearing and she said they were in the store and she was buying the one she was wearing as she loved it too. So I tried on the large, but it was too big. I asked Loren if I could just try on the medium she was wearing to check for size and then I could order one in as they were sold out of mediums. The medium was a fit and then she insisted that I keep it - saying it was much easier for her to get another as she worked in the store. I think that was way above and beyond.
She also introduced me to the amazing jeans they have in the store and found my perfect size in one try. Super stretchy and comfy.
So lovely things, and exceptional service. It doesn't get better than that. -

I love their focus on ethical, environmentally friendly, people loving products. The jewelry is lovely, mugs, tea towels, and bags are all unique and pretty. They have great cards. The clothes are soft and diverse. I really like popping by. Oh, and theres lots for plant lovers too. You'll find the perfect gift!
