The university traces its roots to Victoria College, the first post-secondary institution established in British Columbia in 1903. It operated as an affiliated college until 1963 when it was reorganized into the present University of Victoria.[8][9] UVic has ranked as the second best comprehensive university in Canada for three successive years.

The tour of the campus was outstanding.
The student employees and volunteers were great.
I suggest going to their site and booking a tour.
