The pictures came out fantastic, his responses were immediate and most of all he handled all the edits I had requested!
We could not be more pleased with how this went and we definitely will be back again when we launch our next product.

(2 month later) Update: We launched our product last month and we sold 200 units at a price of $120! That is great numbers for such an expensive product and I strongly believe it was due to the pictures that we had on our listing. We stood out to the customer with Tim's amazing pictures that he took for us along with the video! Couldn't be more pleased.
