(November 29, 2021, 6:21 pm)Thermal King replaced sealed window units for us. Everything from the initial estimate to completion of the project was done extremely well. Price was reasonable, staff was polite and friendly and the job done efficiently. We wouldn't hesitate to employ them again.

(October 25, 2021, 10:23 pm)While I am happy with the windows themselves and the installation of them, the sales support and communication has left a lot to be desired. Have had to make multiple calls for status, and even after having done 2 measures one of the windows came in the wrong size, had to wait nearly 3 months for it. And they don't want to accept payment by Visa so more hassle for me. Not sure if I would use them again.

From the very beginning to the very end, every person I had dealings with were professional, knowledgeable, and willing to explain all the procedures.
