  Ate lunch here with my toddler who has food allergies.
  The food was good like always but the service was excellent. The lady who served us was very kind and helped us identify which foods my son could have and even offered him a toy.
  While eating the same employee went over to a customer who had grabbed a cup smaller than he had paid for unknowingly and offered him a free cookie to cover the difference. You could tell it made his day!
  Well done whoever hired this employee.
  I will come back.

  Edit: After seeing the response from the owner, I did not contact them and tried the location one more time. I was very satisfied with everything at this location and sub was great. Thank you for addressing the issue! I will change the star rating from 3 to 5. Great businesses listen to their customers!
  
  I have been to many Subway locations throughout BC and Alberta and I am really disappointed in this location for one reason. I will start with the positives, I have eaten at this location now four times and served by three different staff members. The staff are great, very friendly. Even the one time, a child of around 12 was in front of me, and the man working was incredible respectful to the child which most people don’t treat the same as adults on the respect level. I find the location to be quite clean compared to other Subway locations. However, in my four times at this location, I feel cheated as the staff are very conservative with the meat and vegetables. I understand a business needs to reduce costs and eliminate excess waste where it can, but give the customer what they pay for. It is ridiculous how little amount of meat and vegetables they use. Definitely the worse I’ve seen. Since it has been all three workers to do this, I’m assuming this directive comes from the owner. Do not cheat the customer for what they rightfully pay for. I can tell the management cares about the business and takes pride in it so I hope they will address this. It is unfortunate as this location is near my work but I will choose other locations at this time.

  I absolutely love going to this subway! The morning lady is always happy and she is so approachable! Fast , clean and fresh food!
  The staff always is happy to help! And goes out of their way to make your visit joyable!
