Highly satisfied with my stay. The building has great amenities such as gym, game room and inner courtyard. The management team is also readily available and communicative for assistance and support. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in Victoria!
This building is professionally managed and maintained and offers amazing onsite amenities like the Games Room (pics attached). The inner courtyard is fantastic in the summer for BBQs (another amenity) and the gas fire pits for lounging with friends and drinks. The residents are friendly and there is a real community feel here (we even have our own FB group.) Lots of animal lovers in this building too and the dog run/play area is well used! The building management team is very responsive to all questions and queries. The neighbourhood conveniences are awesome. Save-on-Foods on the ground floor and Mason St Farm just around the corner for fresh garden veggies in the summer. Walking distance to greats pubs, restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops, and more. Concerned about the proximity to the 800-900 block of Pandora? The building has 24/7 security. Do you need to be aware? Of course; just like you should be when walking anywhere downtown in any city. The diversity of the North Park and Harris Green neighbourhoods is an asset IMO. We moved into this building because of a fire and explosion in the condo we own. However, we love it here so much, we are considering renting our condo when it's rebuilt, and staying here. This building is urban living at it's best! Highly recommend.
The amenities and community are unmatched. All staff working in the building, from the management team to the cleaning team, are the best. A special thank you to Thomas, Ray, and John for making our stay so great. I think the higher price of rent is more than made up for by everything that comes with living at 1008 Pandora. I highly recommend living here.
