We had a tough time with my wife starting her own business so income history was a challenge but she was more then ready to get us not only a mortgage but a great rate as well. I can’t say enough good things about our dealings with Moira. Everything was so simple and any questions we had were answered. We never felt pressured or uneasy in any way. She is such a hard worker and will definitely get you the best rate possible for a mortgage. Very personable and accommodating. I highly recommend. Thank you once again for everything Moira.

Moira walked them through the process of obtaining their first mortgage in a professional and very friendly manner. She was quick to reply to our many questions and was always very thorough in her explanations. Moira continued to work up until the last possible minute to obtain the best interest rate for both boy’s mortgages.
