In the interests of balance, I feel I should write in to say that while I have had only one experience conversing with the receptionist, my request (not granted btw) was answered in a v. professional and warm manner. As regards Dr. Pearson, my procedure was 5 - 6 years ago and successful, and I am obviously very pleased and grateful with that outcome.
