  I showed up as a walk-in minutes before noon on a weekday and had a 30 minute wait. There is a monitor on the wall showing how many people waiting ahead of you and each patient’s wait time. That is just an estimate so don’t expect punctuality, esp. in health services. You are welcome to leave and come back closer to your estimated time of appointment. You can book your appointment online too for minimal wait time. There are extra benches in the hallway too. You can use the bathroom here instead of the one in the hallway. The staff here were polite and efficient. My blood was drawn with no pain and she answered my questions with ease. Recommend.

  Update: Today my blood was drawn almost 20 minutes after my appointment time. I really recommend not only getting an appointment for this location, but also if one has time sensitive blood tests to book the appointment time a bit ahead of when the blood test needs to be done. They're both not always late with appointment times, but it happens regularly.
  
  The thing that makes me dock this place a star is that even when I make an appointment, I am sometimes served late. I really recommend making an appointment as certain times of day here, especially the morning, are crazy. Appointments can be made online after one opens an account. The staff are very friendly. There are two public washrooms here. This is located in a medical building with pay parking out back, but some free parking on the street. There is an excellent pharmacy located in this building that I highly recommend, Fort Royal Pharmacy.

  Had my gestational diabetes test done here and didnt make an apt just showed up at 645. I was the 6th person. The ladies were so great, I asked if they had a bed that I could lie down on (figured long shot) but they did! I had to move between two rooms to accomodate other patients but I didnt care, I was so grateful I could lie down. After spending 2+ hours there, I would definitely recommend this LL.
